Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and are happy to offer an exchange or refund. Returns & exchanges can be requested up to 30 days from the date your order was marked as “delivered”.

The product cannot show any signs of wear and tear. Each product is inspected upon return, and if the product shows signs of wear, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or refund. All decisions made by Hart Wilder regarding returned products are final.

All international orders (outside the United States) are final sale.
